The University of Maryland's promised, world-class charter school was
envisioned as its gift to its co-sponsoring municipality, College Park, Md.
 This fall, however, the school opens in the City of Hyattsville -- and is
open to anyone in Prince George's County.  Learn what led to this unlikely
