[RP TownTalk] EXT : Mosquito spraying

I missed the Washington Post article. In addition to the POSSIBLE 
negative effect on butterflies, did the article also mention the 
DOCUMENTED effect on mosquitoes and the POSITIVE effect on peoples 
health by reducing the spread of Nile virus?  The Post often prints 
balanced articles, I was just wondering about the one you cite.
