[RP TownTalk] recycling - Ward 2

So I dutifully put out my recycling bin on Tuesday night. Recycling was not
picked up on Wednesday, ever. I called Public Works on Thursday morning to
find out if I should move my bin back to next to my house, or if it was
going to be picked up. No return call, no pickup.

Does anyone know what happened, and whether I should just wheel my bin back
to the side of my house? It's very full. I'd really like my recycling to be
picked up.
