7:30 – Committee update on the project status and the process going
forward, including Preliminary Plan of Subdivision and Detailed Site Plan
information.

7:45 – Presentation by members of the Cafritz development team

8:15 – Public comment and questions



The University Park Cafritz Committee, Town Council, and Mayor encourage
you to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to learn with us about
the latest changes to the development plan and to ask questions and express
your concerns.  All are encouraged to attend.  Sign language interpretation
will be provided.
