[RP TownTalk] lights on bridge

Peggy and all,

I have an update about the lights on the bridge over the Northeast Branch
at River Road.  There was an accident that hit the transformer at the new
traffic circle some months back and there has been controversy between the
contractor who did the original work and PEPCO about who is responsible for
paying to move the device to a safer location. Both the State and us
(Riverdale Park) are pressing for a resolution and completion of the
work--so the lights will get back on.
