I don't know, maybe no buyers.  Would you invest $200K in a townhouse 
next door to a dump? Doesn't sound like a good first home investment.

I can hear it now, a trendy tweener giving directions to a friend, 'Come 
up Rt 1 and turn at the dilapidated building. You can't miss it.'

Its all about appearances. Just a thought.
