I just read them also.  At least on the second one you have some idea 
of what they plan to do, but definitely not the first.  Just goes on 
about additional charges and fees.  No idea as to what they might be 
for or who they might affect.

Is there a reason why the Town Administrator has not posted copies of
Ordinances that have been introduced and waiting for the Town Council 
to
take action.

I am reading the April Town Crier and two summary notices were 
published
with very little information.  The notice states that you need to go to
the Town Hall to read the complete Ordinance.


Ordinance 2013-OR-02 is available for inspection by the public at Town
Hall during normal business
hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

and

Ordinance 2013-OR-03 is available for inspection by the public at Town
Hall during normal business
hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.


What is the Town trying to hide?
