Things are speeding up again. We hear that the Cafritz team has submitted a
new set of plans.

If you have any questions on the registration process please call Quynn
Nguyen, 301-352-3530, at the Planning Board's Review Division. The
developer's lead attorney is Lawrence Taub, 301-572-3274.

All of the following meetings are open and the proceedings will benefit
from your input.

*Monday, April 1,* 8 PM, Riverdale Park Mayor and Council, RP Town Hall
Critical issue: TIF resolution. Great for Cafritzes, lousy for the town and
its taxpayers.

*Tuesday, April 2*, 7 PM, College Park Mayor and Council Work Session, CP
Town Hall
Critcal issue: Cafritz public information session.

*Wednesday, April 3,* 7:30 PM, Riverdale Park MUTC committee, RP Town Hall
Critical issue: Discussion of the next round of plans

*Tuesday, April 9,* 7:30 PM, Univeristy Park Elementary School
Critical issue: Cafritz public information session.
ALL are welcome.

*POSSIBLE DATE Ahead*:
*Monday, May 13,* Park and Planning Commission Planning Board
Rumored hearing on new Preliminary Plan of Subdivision

*Later in May,* District Council (County Council)
Possible hearing on Detailed Site Plan.

Cafritz project. The neighbors there are not happy. Apparently, the
developers think it's a matter of right to do pretty much anything they
