Could someone explain to me how, on Taylor Road, between Tuckerman Street & Somerset Road, an RV sitting on an empty lot, with an electric drop and a sani-john could be considered a home?  I couldn't believe it when I drove by earlier this evening.  Surely there are some regulations against this type of "homes" cropping up in the town of Riverdale Park.
