Motion to approve consent agenda items:

1.	Street closing of Lafayette Avenue and Natoli Place at Veteran's
Memorial Park from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon on November 11, 2013 for annual
Veteran's Day Ceremony
2.	Street closing of Town Center parking lot from midnight December 13,
2013 to 9:00 p.m. on December 14, 2013 for Holiday Market and Festival of
Lights (Ward 1)
3.	Minutes from legislative meeting on October 7, 2013
4.	Minutes from special legislative meeting on October 21, 2013

 

Legislative Action Items:

1.	Motion regarding Riverdale Road McDonald's DSP-12059 & DPLS-396: A
4,387 Sq. Ft. New McDonald's restaurant with Drive-Thru service and a
departure of six spaces from the required parking requirements (Ward 4)
2.	Motion regarding the T Intersection versus the Traffic Circle at the
bridge and Lafayette Avenue (Ward 2)
3.	Motion to approve Dog Park MOU (Ward 2)
4.	Motion to designate the Mayor, Town Administrator and Town Clerk to
receive training for the State Open Meetings Law Compliance Board
