[RP TownTalk] Cafritz bridge roundabout design review

The Town received the review of the roundabout design last night.  You can
download it from https://www.dropbox.com/l/bD9wfov9YrCK5P0yXPNaXe if you
would like to review it.

After reading it, it's still unclear to me whether the impact of the
roundabout on the field can be significantly reduced or not (it's looking
like "not"); many of the suggested design changes look good.

It's a pretty technical document.
