[RP TownTalk] Proposed Cafritz bridge - rough renderings (in context)

Dear Bob,

There isn't a single drawing that has both the east and west sides of the
bridge, but the Cafritz detailed site plan has the west side in final form,
and there is a UMd proposal for the east side.  I'll try to get those two
documents, in some form, up later today.
