[RP TownTalk] Stop work order on downtown rehab?

Fred,

The short answer is the owner/developer did not apparently get all
necessary permits during its first round of rehabilitation work in/around
2003. The town, councilman Olson's office and the owner are working to get
this resolved as expeditiously as possible.  How long the delay will be is
honestly anybodies guess at the moment.
