Until we can get the USPS to change our zip code to 20738 (which is what exists on PO Boxes at the RP Post Office on US1) we are going to continue to have this problem as well as home valuation issues.  2/3 of the housing stock is in unincorporated Riverdale which drives down the value of real estate in the incorporated Riverdale Park.
