The Honey Bun Cake Factory won the bid.  I suspect more details will be in the Gazette, but in the meantime here is their facebook link

I am not sure on how long it will take for them to proceed.  They still need to wrap up some logistics and do permitting.

On a different note, Bikram Yoga hopes to be open this fall.
