I know someone had asked about getting mulch from the construction site. See response below.

Please let the residents know that the suitable topsoil is being stored on site and will be spread after the new buildings are in place to create landscaped areas to be enjoyed by everyone. Trees are being removed from the site and are not mulched. Small shrubs, that are being mulched, produce a product that is not suitable for residential use. If things change, I will get back to you.

What to Expect On-Site the Next Two Weeks:
During the next two weeks of construction, the General Contractor, L.F. Jennings, will continue installing erosion and sediment control fencing and ponds, installing perimeter fencing, continue site clearing on the west end of the site, continue removal and haul-off of excess soil and begin the rough grading on the west end of the site.
These activities will require heavy equipment accessing the site. Two construction entrances are located along Route 1 located near both ends of the project site and one entrance at Maryland Avenue.
Lane Closures:
There are no anticipated lane closures associated with this work.
Construction Hours:
Construction activity will be taking place Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
