[RP TownTalk] American Professional/301 Chimney be careful

I saw a van from American Professional Chimneys performing work on a neighbors house today (301 Chimney). These are the folks who rebuilt my chimneys and whose shoddy workmanship caused our house fire three years ago and almost killed us. 

We just had our deposition of the owner a few weeks ago and the answers he gave indicated that the gross negligence involved in my case was not unique but part of their general operating procedures.  There general practices they testified to aren't just a civil code violation, they violate the Criminal Code as well. 

There is a pending matter before MHIC in which they may lose their ability to perform work in the state of MD with potential criminal action to follow. Please think twice and exercise extreme caution if you engage or engaged them for any chimney work. They knowingly use materials that are not to code and do not perform the mandatory inspections required by fire code on an issue that has serious life safety implications.
