[RP TownTalk] Lesly Tex-Mex; any info on opening date?

Saw on a "visit PG County" site that the Lesly Tex Mex restaurant/grill on Baltimore Avenue was due to open in July 2014, but it still appears to be closed.  Anyone heard anything about when it will be opening?  And does anyone know if it's from the same company that has the Lesly in Falls Church, VA?  I saw their menu online, looks like a lot of good food!
