If we DO get any significant amount of snow, please take a minute to shovel around the storm drains near your home, and also the fire hydrants. That extra time the firefighters have to take to clear off or dig out a hydrant could be vital in an emergency situation.  (also, be a good neighbor, if  you live near someone who's disabled or elderly, help clear off their sidewalks).
