[RP TownTalk] Youth and Community Wing project

Does anyone have a copy of the Master Plan for the proposed Youth and 
Community Wing project?  I was told by Mayor Archer over a year ago that 
the master plan would be the next action after the council formally 
decides on which concept plan to work with--between the one story, two 
story or some modification thereof.

I have looked through the Town web page and can not locate one.  I did 
notice that the Council is ready to authorize the Town Administrator to 
enter into a contract for design and engineering for the Youth and 
Community Wing project.
