A master plan will be the work product of the company that would be retained by the procurement that has been underway for the last 6-9 months. The Mayor's comments were accurate that after the conceptual plan the master plan would be next. But the town has yet to contract and retain a firm to produce the master plan. The current procurement/bid is to retain such firm. There is nothing to post yet because the firm charged with producing the master plan has yet to be retained.  There would be a public hearing and/or presentation at a public meeting when the plan is available.
