[RP TownTalk] area artist in need of housing

Neighbors,

 

A local artist called us and is in dire need of housing leads. 

He has a limited budget, and can afford up to $ 1200.00 /month for rent. 

He's on all the local artist housing waiting lists, but his situation is
more pressing than the availability at those locales. 

If anyone knows of a lead or an available unit, please forward it on to us
at Hyattsville CDC, so we can pass it on to this gentleman.

 

He is seeking an apartment in a building or a separate apartment unit in a
house and ideally it would have two bedrooms for his son to stay over
sometimes.
