[RP TownTalk] Does anyone have a copy of the proposed Ordinance 2014-OR-02?

The ordinance will be posted on the web site under "proposed legislation"
once a council member has formally introduced it by reading it into the
record (this will happen at the next meeting).  This will likely happen
next Monday evening the 24th. It is *not* posted prior to formal
introduction.

Debate and action on item will take place at the meeting following its
introduction--which should be on March 31.
