[RP TownTalk] Tulips & Tavern Night at Riversdale - 2 weekends, 3 great programs!

Riversdale is ready for spring and we've got the tulips to prove it! Then, we'll plan on toasting the warmer weather at Tavern Night!

We're excited to open our gardens to our lovely locals this coming weekend and invite you to RIVERSDALE IN BLOOM on Saturday, April 5th! From 10am-4pm, bring your paints, pencils, sketch pads, and cameras to capture the beauty of our gardens. We're partnering with our friends at the Brentwood Arts Exchange and professional artists will be on hand to assist. You can even submit your work to our juried show. Not an artist? Not to worry! This FREE event is open to families, nature lovers, gardeners, and artists of all kinds.

The next day, come to TULIP TIME from 12:15-3:15pm. We'll have children's garden activities, garden tours, a cooking demo, and more! $3/adult, $2/senior, $1/student, FREE children 4 & under will get you a house tour and entrance to all activities. TAVERN NIGHT and everyone's favorite Ship's Company Chanteymen return on Saturday, April 12. Enjoy period-inspired pub fare and Franklin's brews with some good company and good music. This event sells out, but we've still got spaces available. Take advantage and give us a call to sign up by Friday, April 4! $25/residents Prince George's & Montgomery County residents; $30 non-residents.
