Gee Bruce, that was helpful.  I think you should call Animal control or Park and Planning.  They should know about it.  This is serious.  It could be that another animal killed it or it could be that a human animal is down there target practicing.  We all need to protect our wildlife and care what happens.  Thanks Todd for being a good citizen.

Why bother, by the time they get there a fox, racoon, dog, or possum, (maybe even a coyote) will have dragged it off.
