> THE PROGRAM

> Leadership Prince George’s Inc. (LPG) is dedicated to developing young people into becoming Leaders and Community Trustees.  Completion of the Leadership Prince George’s Emerging Leaders Program requires attendance and participation in all scheduled workshops and activities during the 2014-2015 program year. The program culminates with our Emerging Leaders attending and being recognized at the annual Leadership Prince George’s Graduation and Leadership Recognition Dinner. During the program year, participants receive extensive leadership training and have access to valuable networking opportunities with both public and private stakeholders.  In addition, participants will discuss current issues and participate in activities designed to enhance their understanding of Prince George’s County and the Region.

> Participation is open to high school students in Grades 11 and 12.  Selection of program participants will be based on information provided in this application. Completed applications are due by Friday, October 24, 2014.
