[RP TownTalk] Cafritz Crossing

There will be a traffic circle starting at approximately the intersection of Lafayette and where the trees start on the northern side of the field of dreams. There will be two additional ingress/egress points. The Cafritz site/bridge directly to the north and a new road connecting to Rivertech Court to the west. 

The current "road"/access point is well north of where the west bound connection to Rivertech needs to be in order to make grade from the bridge. As it stands the grade from Lafayette to the bridge crossing will likely be in the 6-7% grade range. 

The dirt they piled up on the other side of the tracks was not haphazardly done but in anticipation of the construction of the crossing. I believe the CSX standard for the clearance over the tracks to the bridge has to be at least 22.5'. Once clear of the tracks it has to make the drop to make grade for cars/pedestrians/bicycles/etc.
