[RP TownTalk] Stay far far away from 410/Rt 1

I don't know, Lisa. I can say that at least traffic isn't backed up on
Queensbury and Riverdale Roads like it was yesterday, so if it's not fixed,
at least appears they've got it so traffic can proceed through the
intersection, which was not the case yesterday afternoon!
