[RP TownTalk] Stay far far away from 410/Rt 1

Well I just came thru and E-W highway is backed up one lane only in each direction.  Rt 1 is the same, one lane in both directions. Add to that there is a train on the tracks just sitting there.  Also, streets in Riverdale are a mess with the re-paving project.  Took me about 20 minutes to get to my job on Queens Chapel Road in University Park.  What a mess.
