 Well ain't this grand. The criminal dirt bikers from Baltimore are now in the Park. I called RP police and ask anyone else please do the same. I watch as three young men ( Me being nice) flew past a motorist on Riverdale rd and terrified the poor woman. They rode off road dirt bikes at least 35 mph on this road which is a 20 mph zone, no helmets, no lights or turn signals, and no plates.
