[RP TownTalk] Closing of the UMD parking lot-clarification?

Hi Everyone, 


Someone may have already posted about this and I missed it but here goes:
According to the sign, the parking lot (owned by UMD and our egress to River Rd) will be closing December 15....
 Permanently? And  if so,  will we get an alternative way out to River Rd? 
If not, this is going to be a big pain.... eeesh!
