[RP TownTalk] Closing of the UMD parking lot-clarification?

I was wondering about how the road closure will affect walkers. Will we
still be able to cut through Field of Dreams and walk along the grassy
mound area at the back of the lot (near the back yards of the houses) to
eventually get to the side walk?
