[RP TownTalk] Closing of the UMD parking lot-clarification?

I get it that the new "burma shave" signs are there to be cute
but I find it a little insulting that the "point is moot"

Folks are justifiably miffed that the cut-through is going... I think those
new signs just rub salt in the wound.
