[RP TownTalk] Closing of the UMD parking lot-clarification?

Thanks again Alan,
The question is related to attached TIFF -
What are the details concerning track path along Kenilworth and as it
follows River Road as it is labeled on the Tiff and PDF? I am assuming
the construction effort, if it proceeds, will disrupt the road again at
least in a couple of places.
