There is a hint of spring in the air today , and I wanted to pass along thisinformation about a local woman in Mt. Ranier who is once again offering anexcellent Organic Gardening workshop series in early March.  Judy is a greatinstructor and I think you'll find it really helpful and informative if you areinterested in trying organic gardening in your yard. Topics include  choosing a location, composting andvermiculture, creating good soil, preparing growing beds and more!  Here is the information:

About the presenter: Judy grew upgardening with her Dad and sisters in Upstate New York. She has tended a gardenin Mt. Rainier for over 25 years, and kept bees for the past two.  Her training and certifications include:Master Gardener (1994),  Volunteer USNational Arboretum (1997), Sustainable Mini-Farming Course with Ecology Action(2000), Permaculture Design Course (2013), Intern at EcoCity Farms (2013).
