[RP TownTalk] Income Inequality: Count the Trees

I tracked down the original research study and it examined urban forests. I don't think Appalachia would meet the criteria for urban. 

Bring on the trees! I've been wanting to have more trees planted in our Ward 1 park for a long time now.
