Sarah,
The truck had DC tags, no markings, a vid/tech guy and a reporter.
I did not ask where they were from finally got them to move by reminding
them they had been parked outside my house for two hours idling, I was
concerned about their broadcast antenna, and they were in a no parking zone.
I had called RPPD, but no one came.
