I was pinged offline about the project and materials.  The easiest answer to providing everyone the totality of what is being decided is to look at the casefile from the 7/30 meeting found here:

And for the record, it was almost like the staff report was writing by the applicant.  It reflected a version of 'reality' that just does not exist.  MNCPPC staff also during the first hearing seemed totally unaware that there was a daycare across the street.  It was an unfortunate treatment of the facts.
