Good Morning,

Children in school, on a break from work? Try our new Yogalates class at 
10am today, Friday, at Yoga Space, 4206 Gallatin Street, Hyattsville, MD

Yogalates, will combine the stretching and stress relief of yoga, with 
the core strengthening of Pilates. These two disciplines compliment each 
other. Each class will end with a deep relaxation, although you may have 
worked hard, you will walk out of the class feeling relaxed.
