Prince George's County Invites Residents to a Public Open House Discussion on The Purple Line

LARGO, MD – Prince George’s County invites the community to attend an Informational Public Open House to discuss recent scope changes for the Purple Line.  The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will present the project changes, followed by opportunities for one-on-one discussion with MTA project leaders. “We are pleased the administration is moving forward with the Purple Line, and are looking forward to sharing the changes with the citizens of Prince George’s County, said, Darrell Mobley, Director of the Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T).”  The Informational Public Open house will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Building, 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Riverdale, MD  20737.  Please come out and participate in the discussion of the recent changes of this very important project.
