The Novak Consulting Group has been retained to facilitate the search for
the Town of Riverdale Park's first Town Manager. As residents, you have
important insight, and we would like your input. Please complete this brief
survey. Your feedback will be used to develop the profile of the Town
Manager and establish first-year priorities for him/her. The Mayor and
Council, as the hiring authority, will finalize the profile and the goals
for the Town Manager. All answers are confidential. Thank you for your
