[RP TownTalk] Noise regulations?

This morning we were woken up before 6:00 AM by some workers on the roof of
the building along 4th Avenue where it intersects with Longfellow. I
couldn't tell you which business it was, but it is in the same building as
Thrifty Iron Works. They were using leaf blowers to blow standing water off
the roof.

I understand the desire to get an early start in this heat, but does the
Town's code regulate those working hours at all? 6:00 AM is very early.
