HEALTH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT FAIR

 

Saturday, January 23, 2016, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Hillcrest Heights Community Center

2300 Oxon Run Drive, Temple Hills, MD 20748

 

Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), eligible Maryland residents who are 18
to 64 years of age must have coverage; or risk a tax penalty. The deadline
to enroll is January 31, 2016.

 

A variety of health plans are available to fit most needs. You may be
eligible for free or low-cost health coverage. Tax credits are available.
Many people who apply will qualify for savings. Act now and avoid a possible
tax penalty.

 

To Enroll, Make Sure to Bring:

> Social Security Numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants who need
insurance)

> Birthdates and general information about you and family members applying

> Employer & Income Information for you and family members (i.e. paystubs;
W-2 forms; wage or tax statements)

> Policy numbers for any current health insurance; information about
