[RP TownTalk] Fwd: Del Fanning Awarded the Pons Medal

Fanning 2016.  See the above 2 attachments telling about it.  We have several underutilized pieces of legislation that to date have been used to only recognize teachers but we're meant to recognize the significant efforts of our local residents. I hope our elected officials see fit to recognize Del. Most people aren't aware but on a daily basis he is out picking up trash with no thanks other than what I assume he feels is his civic duty. 

My hat is off to you Del for this fantastic recognition and also a huge thanks in what you do for the town of Riverdale Park!
