[RP TownTalk] East Bound East West Highway Traffic Light at Taylor

I have noticed that with the trees in full bloom, the light at Taylor
and East West Highway, east bound, is hard to see until you are right on
the light. This is especially true in the right lane heading east.

Does anyone know who is responsible for trimming the tree that is
blocking the visibility to that light?
