6. Discussion of award of contract for Executive Search firm to select Town
Manager

7. Discussion of possible resolution to reaffirm the use of Roberts Rules
of Order and clarify its use

1. Motion to authorize Public Works Director Leonard Addison to issue and
sign checks if the Town manager is for any reason unavailable to issue
and/or sign checks, effective June 21, 2016

2. Motion to appoint Leonard Addison as acting Town Manager, effective July
1, 2016

3. Motion to authorize Finance Director Paul Smith to issue and sign checks
if the Town manager or acting Town Manager is for any reason unavailable to
issue and/or sign checks, effective July 1, 2016
