[RP TownTalk] Dog Found Wandering in Hyattsville

A friend in Hyattsville found a Dachshund in the middle of the street on
Jefferson between 42nd and 43rd. The dog is wearing a Harley Davidson tag
and a rabies tag indicating he goes to Petworthy vet clinic. Unfortunately,
the clinic is closed today so that was a dead end.
If anyone can provide a lead as to who his owners are, please text or call
