[RP TownTalk] Serious local farmer looking for garden plots to use (for rent and/or barter)

Some of you may know and remember Christian Melendez from when he was at
the EcoCity Farms booth at the Riverdale Park Farmers Market. He hasn't
been at the market for several years, but he's still involved with EcoCity
Farms, and with farming in general. Plus, he's a great guy. Christian is
looking for a place to grow ginger, turmeric and other crops in the
Hyattsville/Riverdale Park/College Park/Portstowns area. He's willing to
pay rent and/or barter, and will be an excellent steward for your property
start-to-finish, year round, doing everything from soil prep, planting,
maintenance, harvest, and planting a winter cover crop mix to improve the
soil.  He needs at least 8 hours/day full sun, and roughly 540 sq ft of
gardening space (so 10'x54' or two plots 10'x27' or four plots 5'x27' or
10'x14' - etc...)
