[RP TownTalk] Dogs Loose

For the last 45 min or so, since about 9:15pm, there have been two very
small dogs--one light brown/tan, the other mostly black, running around at
the corner of Somerset and Taylor.  They did not appear to have collars.
Anyone know who they belong to?
