[RP TownTalk] Children in streets - Ravenswood Road area

Thanks for this, Adrian.
Just this morning I was going right on 410 from Taylor, and there was a kid
crossing 410 from the northbound side. Someone was making the left to go
East on 410, nearly hit the 10 year old, then had the gall to honk loudly
at the poor kid. The cross signs were lit! The pedestrian had the right
of way! It was really upsetting.
